Reddit user AusSpyder shared this surprising video of a wild crow fearlessly sharing food with four ginger tabby cats, who don’t seem to mind the crow’s company at all.
“This crow showed up at my friend’s house one day. He had an injured wing and couldn’t fly at first, but it’s been like 3 or 4 months now and the crow can fly again, though not quite as good as it originally could. He’s just chosen to hang around and it still eats with the cats or my friend if she eats outside. He will happily sit on your shoulder and eat biscuits if you have any. He’s not exactly a pet, like it isn’t stuck in a cage and could easily fly off any time it wanted, it just chooses not to and for some reason the cats never chose to attack it.
This video was filmed in after he had been seen eating with the cats a couple times, but before he was comfortable enough that he would allow my friend to approach him, so he could be taken to a vet. He’s still has a pretty bad wing in this video but he’s better now. He’s been named Scare.”
