It’s difficult to come up with a viral tweet. First, you have to have a thought. For me, that’s pretty hard. Secondly, you have to have zero shame or forethought. That’s right. If you second-guess what you’re putting out into the universe (or even edit for punctuation) there’s no chance that tiny piece of writing will get more than 5 faves. If you meet these criteria and are really funny, you too can have a viral Twitter account. Get out there and be somebody!
Funny tweets are good for you. They ease the pain of looking at everything else in the news. Sure, the preachy stuff does well on the internet, but so does the inane stuff from celebrities.
